Thanks for visiting! I’m glad you’re here 🙂
I’m Adrienne; I’m an actress-turned-freelancer/entrepreneur living in Boston and Miami.
About this blog:
The point of Fruitfully Alive is to help you finance your dream life.
To this aim, I post extensively about self-employment because I believe that freelancing is the key to your freedom. If you start your own home business, you will make a full-time income on part-time hours, and you will be location independent, free to travel and/or live wherever you want.
I’m passionate and certain about this because I did it.
I also write about basic finances because I know that having savvy money skills is going to make your life a whole lot easier and happier.
I also write about productivity and efficiency; the lessons I’ve learned and instilled in myself that I know will help you work smarter, not harder, help you deal with obstacles, and give you the “having it together” feeling.
I typically publish a post or two a week. You can join me and keep up with them if you sign up for the newsletter which I send out on Sundays. The sign-up form is on the right!
FruitfullyAlive.com is a professional blog; that means I work with sponsors and participate in affiliate programs (which means that if you click some of the links throughout this blog and purchase something, I will receive a small percentage at no additional cost to you).
About Me:
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, my love of movies led me across the country to Los Angeles where I aspired to be an actress and film producer.
Quickly realizing I needed a survival job, I decided against the waitress stereotype and became a freelancer, starting an at-home business proofreading for court reporters.
I discovered I loved business, and exactly one year later, Fruitfully Alive was born and I became an entrepreneur.
Oh, and I am a Netflix addict.
I’m Roman Catholic (and I wanted to be a nun from the age of 10-16, but that’s another story)
I’m an ENTJ and PRINT 8-3.
My favorite food is pizza, and I am 99.9% certain that that will never change.
